Our first Podcast
In this inaugural episode of the Get Work Done Club podcast, I interview Lidia Flisek, who shares her journey in helping people manage chronic pain through holistic methods.
Lidia discusses her background, the techniques she employs, including the use of cacao, and her vision for her business, Steps to Stillness.
During our conversation we talk about the importance of testimonials, social proof, and the structure of her sessions as she aims to empower others in their healing journey.
Thanks so much, Lidia, for sharing your story and for being the very first guest on the GWDC Podcast!

Come see my show!!
I have a couple of shows coming up to which I’m hoping some of you may want to attend. Being a part-time performer is yet another one of my jobs (which I love) but selling tickets, well, that’s a different story!
Sunday 5th October, 8pm. The Green Note, Camden. I’ll be performing risqué songs from the 1920s-40s, plus saucy stories and a sing-a-long. It’s always a lot of fun when I get together with my pianist, George Webster. Tickets £12.50 here.
Thursday 16th October, 7pm. Crazy Coqs, Zedels, Soho. I’ll be premiering a new show, ‘The Dirty Blues Goes Vaudeville’ with special guests multi-instrumentalist Bianca Wilson and dancer extraordinaire Bjorn Ausland. Tickets £20 here.
