Here’s an excellent opportunity for designer makers living in London.
The London Made Me Retail Development programme is open to applications.
After two highly successful initiatives in Regent Street in 2022 and Carnaby Street in 2023, the London Made Me retail development programme is returning for a third year.
The aim is to give Londoners living or working in one of the city's 12 Creative Enterprise Zones the skills, knowledge and real-life practical experience needed to build their brand online and establish and launch a successful shop, gallery, exhibition or pop-up space in their own high streets and local areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for artists, makers, and creatives who want to take the next step in growing their creative businesses.
The closing date for applications is 4 pm on 9 August 2024.

Are you seeking grants, further training, and opportunities to network with other local business owners? Sign up for your local authority’s business newsletter.
Every week, I receive newsletters from a variety of local councils alerting me to training programmes and other types of support available to those seeking to establish businesses in their area or with existing businesses that need extra help.
It’s impossible for me to list everything that is available, which is why I urge you to sign up for your local authority newsletter. You can usually find the signup form by typing the name of your local council into Google, followed by “business newsletter.”
This newsletter is our attempt to raise core funding for Startup School for Seniors as we are only funded for the projects we deliver and not any of the follow-on activity. If you have benefited from our support and would like to give back to our organisation, we encourage you to pay £9.99/month or £99/year.
There are many great benefits, such as FREE workshops, our monthly Power Hour session, and discounts on software and hardware.
